Empowering Hawaii Communities

We helps neighborhoods prevent crimes, strengthen preparedness, and rebuild the connections that keep communities safe.

What is NSWC?

The Neighborhood Security Watch Council supports neighborhoods, homeowners associations (HOAs), and community groups by providing education, tools, technology, and guidance that help communities prevent crime, reduce risk, and prepare for emergencies.

We do not replace public safety agencies—we help communities work better together.
